Change Management Advisor Assigned
Physician Office System Program (POSP) change management
services and tools are available to assist your clinic through each
step as you transition to a VCUR 2008 electronic medical record
(EMR) solution.
Your clinic will be assigned a change management advisor to
work with you to develop a change management plan. This plan will
identify specific services that will provide your clinic with the
greatest support and value. These services may be delivered by POSP
resources, your vendor and/or the data migration provider (if
applicable).
