Portfolio Coordinator/DMO

After your clinic has signed a contract with the qualified service provider EMR vendor you have selected and your Physician Office System Program (POSP) enrolment form has been submitted, your Change Management Advisor will introduce you to the POSP Portfolio Coordinator (PC) assigned to your clinic. Your PC will schedule and facilitate an Implementation Kick-Off Meeting with your clinic's physician applicant and/or EMR project manager and the vendor representative.
