Once our clinic is ready to transition to a complete EMR solution, your CMA will partner with you to support your clinic through the complete automation journey and identify the change management services that will best meet your clinic's unique needs.

A privacy specialist will work with your clinic to support the preparation of the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) required by the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

Privacy training can be delivered on-site to your clinic to provide information about privacy system features and functionality, regulatory requirements and best practices.

When workflow, requirements or readiness assessments identify that a fundamental change is required in the way people work together in your clinic, this service lays the groundwork for developing new work relationships around the successful implementation of your complete EMR solution.
