Legal Help Desk Online Submission

The Physician Office System Program (POSP) has identified the need for a service that provides legal advice and direction to POSP-enrolled physicians and their clinic managers who have questions related to the agreements relating to electronic medical record solutions. The intent of the service is to help eliminate the expense and potential confusion associated with physicians engaging their own lawyers who would be unfamiliar with the agreements.

POSP can assist with legal questions relating to the following four agreements:

• Electronic Medical Record Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Master Services Agreement (MSA)
• Physician - POSP Agreement - Program Participation Agreement (PPA)
• Physician - Qualified Service Provider (QSP) Agreements (contracts, quotes)
