POSP can help you discover how to use computer technology to improve patient care, achieve practice management improvement and keep up with professional development requirements. You will be able to share knowledge and essential patient information within your practice and, when necessary, be able to securely share information with health care providers outside your office.

Your Change Management Advisor will provide hands-on support to assist you in understanding and completing all necessary POSP and Phase IV enrolment forms.
